Tracy reponds....
Dear Tenants, If you want to run an add on Craigs list for the mobile home, thats fine but do not bother me with people just calling for info. If you want to show the home on your time then you can forward anyone that is ready to fill out an application to me at that time. I am not going to schedule any showings until yu guys actually move out and turn keys over, and take my phone number off the mailbox immediately! Tracy
I left typos... who am I to edit? :-) Now, bear in mind, we don't WANT to show the trailer because of the items that are in need of repair STILL from before we moved in August 2006... don't think she will be able to rent it out for as much as she is asking if they know a) the landlords do not maintain it and b) the repairs needed are not minor (ie: within average person's scope). It is our hope that- in paying the rent through then end of 2007, even tho we will be out 4 weeks BEFORE that- she will get the repairs done. Not many tenants would do that, I bet. Of course, most probably would not have bothered to give 60 days notice either, after all the issues that we have had w/our lessors. Maybe we expected too much because we were used to professionally managed companies? Who knows. Regardless, they need to think about getting some of their ducks in a row before they begin showing the place.
