Well, Tigger & I called Domino's for lunch today and we were the "Business Winner" of the week, so our lunch was free!! Splurged for a 2 liter of root beer to celebrate. Wove a decent sized purse on my specially built 2'x1' loom and sewed canvas inside as a liner. Need to finish up with some edging trim along the top, but am using it as is for now. Work tomorrow, my monthly service committment Sun, and then another week closer to the end of the year! Turns out, we get Monday 12/26 as a paid holiday...same for Jan 2nd off and paid for 1/1/06.... SWEET! Working on making agate type clay... not sure I really like results yet, but it's a process.
too damn short staffed at work
the title is also my reason for not posting in a month.. .geez!! ARGH. so, rather than complain, I will share with you a response to one of my art groups where the question was posed "HOw do you store your paper?" And, if you know me (why else are you reading this?) then you know that I have a somewhat serious paper addiction. No, I do not want help with it or a 12 step program. I am well aware of my addiction to paper and I embrace it! LOL Here you go:: I am a tad OCD in my paper habit... argh. I store 12x12s in the IRIS scrapper containers on wheels...there are 6 clos...
