Bacon bagels make for a lovely start...
Stopped in at A Southern Bagel Company this morning since it is Wednesday, the best day ever over there! Why? The Texas Bagel, of course. Also known as the bagel made with bacon pieces inside of it then toasted and covered with cream cheese and a mango chipotle jelly!! now that I am properly fueled for the day, I have a list of things to do, including scrapbooking May, a journal page to create, a trip to the post office, bathing the dog and taking care of at least the front yard. Oh, and packing so I can head to Texas and see my grandson (for the first time). SO excited!! It will be good to see his parents, too... LOL. Not much new to report on, really... the same old things here off the MS Gulf Coast. May was spent working at getting back to normal (whatever that means for me, really) and spending more time on the bike. That is my happy place...the bike and my house. Check-In time: I got all "All Good" from the GI doctor on June 5th. Now for the all clear from my cance
